WORSHIPPING GOD
We seek to worship God together using a variety of music and song, enjoying the old as well as the new.
We seek to be a multi-voice gathering, demonstrating the creativity of God and encouraging one another in our walk with God.
The reading of Scripture and preaching plays a central part of our worship service. Our preaching is not moralistic or lists of do's and don'ts. This is not what the Bible is about. The preaching seeks to move affections and desire so that a person is changed inwardly by God's Holy Spirit when hearing the Word of God being brought alive. God's word is a joy to be en-joyed, therefore, it is always necessary and always relevant.
There are also age relevant activities for the children and teenagers, to learn and enjoy the love of God for themselves and each other.
Every third Sunday we share together in the breaking of bread and drinking the wine of Communion.
Following every service there is time to catch up with friends over fresh fair-trade coffee and if you're in time, a biscuit (now we can't say fairer than that)!
