Flower Festivals

Every few years we put on a flower show, which is open to the public, to benefit a charity.

Preparation starts months in advance and involves many people, not just the flower arrangers, but also those who generously give their time to help steward, provide teas and coffees, clear up and work on advertising and literature.

The festivals are themed, with each display taking a different topic from that theme.

This Year!

The 2009 flower festival was on the 26th and 27th of September, and was on the theme of 'God's Good Gifts'.

All proceeds to Cancer Research UK.
